With nearly 15 years of experience in real estate investment and asset management, Abdulwahab Al-Oraifan is a seasoned industry professional with a vast wealth of experience within the Kuwait market. As Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Aijal Real Estate & Entertainment Company, Al-Oraifan is responsible for managing of the Company’s properties and investments, preparing company-wide strategies, as well as evaluating various investment opportunities and conducting feasibility studies.
Prior to joining Ajial Real Estate & Entertainment Company, Al-Oraifan started his career as an Investment Officer at Warba Investment Company. He then served as Vice President at United Real Estate Company (URC) for five years, where he was responsible for managing the Company’s assets portfolio, evaluating investment opportunities, and monitoring the performance of subsidiaries and operating projects. Al-Oraifan also spent four years as Head of the Investment Department at Gulf North Africa Holding Company where he was in charge of managing the Company’s real estate funds, evaluating investment opportunities and monitoring overall project performance.
In addition to holding several key leadership positions over the years, Al-Oraifan has served as a board member for United Towers Company, Kuwait Hotels Company, Al-Dhiyafa Holding Company, Rawaj Holding Company, Al-Waseet Financial Business Company, and Al-Hamra Real Estate Company.
Al-Oraifan holds a Bachelor’s degree in finance from the College of Business Administration at Kuwait University.
